About

From form to signed agreement.

Forms.qa is a platform for the requests an organisation runs every day: capture them, approve them, turn them into documents, get them signed and manage what follows. Built in Doha, in Arabic and English.

Who we are

A product made in Doha.

Forms.qa is a product of Vantage Technologies LLC, based in Doha, Qatar. We build for teams in Qatar and the wider Gulf who work in two languages and answer to procurement and security teams.

  • Forms, workflows, documents, e-signature and agreements in one platform
  • Arabic-first, with English as an equal
  • Sold to organisations under an agreement, with pricing set per organisation

Why we built it

Requests should not scatter.

A single request, such as onboarding a supplier or issuing an offer letter, usually passes through a form tool, email threads, a word processor, a separate signing service and a spreadsheet of renewal dates. Each hand-off loses context, and no one sees the whole record. Many of those tools also treat Arabic as an afterthought, with layouts that break right-to-left and documents that only work in English. We built Forms.qa so the whole journey happens in one place, in both languages.

  • One transaction record from submission to signed agreement
  • One audit trail instead of five partial ones
  • Arabic and English on every form, document and certificate

What we believe

A few things we hold to.

One record, not five tools

The form, the approval, the document, the signature and the agreement belong to the same transaction, with one timeline.

Arabic and English, as equals

Arabic is a first language in the product, not a translation added at the end.

People decide, AI assists

AI drafts, summarises and suggests. Nothing it extracts is written to the record until a person confirms it, and each workspace can switch it off.

Rules you can explain

Risk flags on agreements come from fixed rules anyone can read, not from a model’s opinion.

Built for regional buyers

Pricing set per organisation, a signable DPA with your agreement, and a point of contact in Qatar who answers procurement’s questions in writing.

How we work

We say what is true, including what is not done yet.

Buyers need accurate answers. So we separate what is live from what is planned, and we do not claim what we have not built.

Planned

Stronger signer identity

SMS one-time codes and Qatar national authentication are planned, the latter subject to integration and authorisation.

Planned

Trust-service certificate

Sealing with a certificate from a recognised trust-service provider is on the roadmap.

Planned

Single sign-on

SSO is not available yet. It is on the roadmap, and we will say so here when it is in place.
