Every agreement signed in Forms.qa is filed automatically; the ones signed elsewhere can be imported. Reminders arrive before expiry, renewals re-run the original process, and obligations are tracked with evidence.

Signed agreements end up as scans in shared drives and email attachments. Expiry dates live in a spreadsheet nobody updates, auto-renewals pass unnoticed, and a recurring duty is remembered only when it’s late.

When signing completes, an agreement (AG-000001) is created and linked to its counterparty. Agreements signed elsewhere are imported as PDFs.
