Lease application
Applicant details and ID, property review with rent and deposit, a generated lease offer, and a notification.
Applicants and employees fill in one form, in Arabic or English. The request is routed by its answers, the right people act from their Inbox, and anyone can follow it by its transaction reference.
The problem today
Service requests arrive by phone, email and WhatsApp, each in a different shape. Someone copies them into a spreadsheet, forwards them by hand, and answers the same status question again and again.
One transaction, end to end
This follows the ready-made Lease application process.
01 · Capture
Name, contact details, Qatar ID number, the unit, employer, move-in date and an ID copy — on a hosted link, an embed or a QR code, in a conversational layout if you like.
02 · Track
The application gets a reference such as TX-000123 and a timeline that shows its stage: submitted, approval, document, signature.
03 · Approve
The reviewer approves from the Inbox and records the monthly rent, deposit and lease term — or requests changes, which sends it back.
04 · Document
A bilingual lease offer is filled from the application and the reviewer’s terms, rendered to PDF and attached.
05 · Notify
An email goes out quoting the reference. Add a signature step to have the offer signed by secure link.
What you use
Applicant details and ID, property review with rent and deposit, a generated lease offer, and a notification.
Salary certificates, employment certificates and no-objection letters, approved by HR and generated from the request.
Urgency decides the route: critical issues escalate at once, and each priority gets its own support task.
Manager approval, Finance above a set cost, a security review for sensitive access, then IT provisions it.
One question at a time, with question jumps and conditional required fields. Or classic multi-page forms.
Each request has a TX reference, a stage and a timeline, and emails can quote the reference.
