A bilingual template fills itself from the submission and renders to PDF, attached to the transaction.

Both sides sign
A signature step sends it to both sides. The supplier signs from a secure link after a one-time code by email — no account needed. The PDF is sealed and timestamped.

The agreement stays tracked
The signed document becomes agreement AG-000001, with expiry reminders and obligations such as a yearly insurance certificate.
