Arabic first, English equal
Forms, documents, emails and the signer experience work right-to-left in Arabic, with English alongside.
Forms.qa is designed for organizations that serve the public in Arabic first: bilingual forms, approvals with a clear record, official letters generated from the request, and access controlled by role.
The problem today
Many public-facing requests still start as a paper form or a PDF to print, then move between departments by email and internal mail. Status is a phone call, letters are typed by hand, and the trail of who approved what is hard to reconstruct.
One transaction, end to end
This follows the ready-made Official letter process, which works for letters to ministries, banks and embassies.
01 · Capture
Name, Qatar ID number, the addressee and the purpose — salary certificate, employment certificate or no-objection letter — on a bilingual form.
02 · Track
The request receives a TX reference and a timeline. Actions on it are recorded in the workspace audit log.
03 · Approve
The approver confirms the job title, joining date and salary as reviewer fields. Only members with the right role can act.
04 · Document
A bilingual letter template is filled from the request and the approver’s entries, rendered to PDF and versioned on the transaction.
05 · Notify
An email quotes the reference. Where a signature is needed, add a signature step with sealed PDF output and a full audit trail.
