Right-to-left, natively
Forms, the builder and the signing pages render right-to-left with proper Arabic typography, not a mirrored English layout.
Why Qatar
Forms.qa is made for teams in Qatar and the Gulf: Arabic and English as equals, an architecture that answers procurement’s questions, a signable DPA, and a team you can reach in Doha. This page separates what works today from what is on the roadmap.
Arabic-first
Most tools add Arabic at the end. Forms.qa treats it as a first language across the whole journey, from the first question to the signed agreement.
Forms, the builder and the signing pages render right-to-left with proper Arabic typography, not a mirrored English layout.
Titles, questions and options hold Arabic and English side by side, so one form serves both audiences.
Offer letters, official letters and agreements are generated from Arabic and English templates, filled from the answers.
Every signed document comes with a certificate of completion in Arabic and English.
Describe a form in Arabic and get a draft. Agreement summaries are available in Arabic and English.
More than 100 bilingual form templates and 12 ready-made processes, installable in one step and fully editable.
Architecture
The questions procurement and security teams ask, answered in how the platform is built.
Each workspace lives in its own PostgreSQL schema, not in shared tables separated by a filter. Your data is kept apart from every other customer’s.
Data is encrypted as it moves between your browser and our servers, and while it is stored.
Actions in the workspace are recorded, and every transaction and signing request keeps its own timeline.
Owner, admin, designer, operator, approver, viewer and auditor, with fine-grained permissions. People see only what their role allows.
Switch any AI feature off and choose which providers are allowed (OpenAI, Groq). AI suggestions are never written to the record until a person confirms them.
Signer identity
Signers need no account. Here is how they are verified today, and what we are working towards. For documents with special legal formalities, check with your counsel.
Each signer opens a secure link and confirms a one-time code sent to their email before they can sign.
The signed PDF carries a tamper-evident PAdES seal and an RFC 3161 timestamp, with a document hash and a full audit trail.
Verification by a code sent to the signer’s mobile number is on the roadmap.
Signer verification through Qatar’s national authentication is planned, subject to integration and authorisation.
Sealing with a signing certificate issued by a recognised trust-service provider is on the roadmap.
Data & privacy
The tools Forms.qa gives you to manage the personal data that comes in through your forms.
Export, correction and erasure are supported, so you can respond when a person asks about their data.
Reading and exporting submissions are separate permissions, so only the roles you choose can see or download personal data.
A data processing agreement is available to sign with your agreement.
