Draft forms
From a prompt, a PDF or a web page URL, then refine the draft in plain words.
Forms.qa uses AI to draft forms and templates and to read your agreements. It suggests, quotes and summarises — and nothing reaches the record until a person confirms it.
What it does
From a prompt, a PDF or a web page URL, then refine the draft in plain words.
A first document template built from a form’s fields.
Short summaries in Arabic and English, kept for each document version.
Answers come with quotes from the contract, and every quote is checked.
Parties, dates, renewal, value, payment terms, governing law and more — as suggestions.
“Which renew this quarter?” runs as a query on your own data.
People in charge
Key-term extraction reads the contract for parties, dates, auto-renew and renewal notice, value, payment terms, governing law, liability cap, termination and obligations. Each value waits for a person to accept or correct it. Nothing is written to the record automatically.
Risk flags
Risk flags come from rules, not from the model’s judgement — the same terms always raise the same flags. These are the rules.
Unlimited liability, or no liability cap at all.
Only the other party can terminate early, or the termination notice is longer than 90 days.
Auto-renew with less than 30 days’ notice.
Payment terms longer than 60 days.
Foreign governing law, no end date, or an expiry that differs from the record.
Your data
Only what a feature needs. Questions across your agreements are turned into a query that runs on your workspace’s own data — only the question goes to the model, not the agreements. A summary, an answer or key terms for one agreement send that document’s text to a provider your workspace allows.
